What are the usual treatment stages?
Assessment and planning
Clinical examination and 3D imaging assess bone, infection, nerves, sinuses and bite. A remote opinion remains provisional.
Surgery and temporary teeth
Implants are placed and a temporary fixed bridge may be possible when stability and the clinical situation allow it. “Teeth in a day” does not mean healing is complete.
Healing and final bridge
After integration, the definitive bridge is designed, tried and adjusted. Many patients therefore need more than one Istanbul visit.

Is All-on-6 stronger than All-on-4?
Not in every case. Strength depends on bone, positions, bridge design, bite and maintenance—not simply implant count.
Can failing teeth be removed and implants placed the same day?
Sometimes, but infection, bone, medical risks and implant stability must be assessed.
Are temporary teeth the final teeth?
Usually not. Temporary bridges protect the treatment during healing and allow evaluation before the definitive restoration.
How long do full mouth implants last?
Longevity varies with health, smoking, hygiene, bite forces, component quality and regular professional maintenance.
